Màrius Domínguez
Lecturer in the Department of Sociology at the University of Barcelona and member of the Copolis Interuniversity Group ‘Well-being, Community and Social Control’, attached to the University of Barcelona (GRC). His lines of work and specialisation are: Social indicator systems; Social research techniques; Multivariate data analysis; Analysis of social inequalities; Time, work, daily life and well-being. In all of them, he has carried out various research projects and has published books and scientific and academic articles. He has participated in several competitive R&D projects and in research agreements with public administrations. He is also Coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Applied Social Research Techniques (Autonomous University of Barcelona, University of Barcelona and the Official College of Sociologists and Political Scientists of Catalonia). He participates in various associations in the field of sociology, and is currently Vice-President of the Associació Catalana de Sociologia (ACS) and Vice-President of the Federación Española de Sociología (FES).
