Associate Professor of Labor and Social Security Law at the UAB. With more than 25 years of experience in university teaching, he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at the UAB and ESADE, as well as master’s-level courses at other universities and institutions.
Co-director of the Iuslaboralista-UAB Center, he is currently Vice Dean of the UAB School of Law and has held other institutional leadership positions, such as director of the UAB Labor Law Unit, member of the UAB Health and Safety Committee, and director of the UAB Master’s Program in Social and Labor Law.
Author of nearly 100 publications, he has participated in the development of more than 12 R&D projects in various fields. He is currently the principal investigator for a project funded by the Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities (2022 Call for Proposals).
He has also contributed to the preparation of various legal studies, reports, courses, and conferences for public and private entities, labor and employer organizations, and the Catalan Labor Inspectorate. He is an arbitrator with the Labor Arbitrators’ Panel of the Labor Court of Catalonia and the Council on Labor Relations of the Government of Catalonia, and a partner at the law firm Antràs (https://antras.net), which specializes in labor and occupational safety law.
