Training assessment, continuous training and informal learning in business organizations and the Administration; student access and retention at various educational levels; and the use of evidence in educational practice.
Short CV
Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and Labor Sciences, Diploma in Labor Relations, Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, and Doctorate in Quality and Processes of Educational Innovation (UAB). He has been lecturer in the UAB’s Department of Applied Pedagogy since 2012 and a member of the Organizational Development Team since 2007. He has also been a visiting professor at the University of Bristol. For over 15 years, he has been Project Manager for Research Projects, collaborating in more than 60 educational research projects at the national and international levels. Among other activities, he is currently a member of the European Forum of Education Administrators in Catalonia, coordinator of the publication “Fòrum: Revista d’Organització i Gestió Educativa” (Ed. Graó), member of the Social Council of the Col·legi de Pedagogia de Catalunya, and a participant in the Red de Apoyo a al Gestión Educativa.
