Short CV

Degree in Pedagogy, Master in Educational Technology and PhD in Philosophy and Education Sciences from the University of Barcelona (2001). He works in the field of Educational Technology and Open and Distance Education, combining research and teaching at the university.

He was a member of the consolidated research group “ESBRINA: Subjectivities, Visualities and Contemporary Educational Environments”, during the last years, and since 2018 belongs to the consolidated research group Organizational Development Team – EDO – of the Department of Applied Pedagogy. Coordinates the group “DIM-EDAINET: Learning Environments, Educational Innovation and Technologies”, a research group of the Autonomous University of Barcelona since 2001.

The main research he has developed revolves around the innovative potential of contemporary teaching and learning environments enriched by technologies in different educational contexts. Most of his publications correspond to this field.
