Graduated with a diploma in social education and a bachelor’s degree and doctorate in pedagogy. Master of human resource management and doctor of education sciences. Professor in the Department of Applied Pedagogy at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Autonomous University of Barcelona) since 1998. He specializes in the field of the direction and management of educational institutions, one of his priority lines of work being university management and governance and its processes of innovation and improvement. He is also an adviser to and trainer of different universities and centres in our country [Spain] and in Latin America.
